From Sogongwon it is about 7.6 km round trip past Sinheungsa, Gyejoam and the Heundeulbawi rock to the Ulsanbawi top. The first half is gentle, then about 800 iron steps near the end make you sweat. From the top you see both Daecheongbong and the sea. Going down is harder on the knees.
