The first 3 km to Biseondae are wide and gentle, a place to loosen your legs. After that granite walls close in on both sides and the stream alternates between falls and pools. Above Yangpok hut the steel stairs get long, and the last climb runs from Huiungak via Socheong to the summit. It is about 11.7 km one way from Sogongwon.
