A six-seat cabin covers the 1.2 km line in about seven minutes. At the top you stand at the 820 m Sillimbong lookout with Daegu spread out below. A short loop path circles the viewpoint, and a restaurant and café sit beside it, so many people ride up just for the wind. Hikers heading for the main ridge start walking from here.
