Reached on foot from Seongsamjae, the pass opens suddenly onto a long run of Jirisan ridges. On a clear day Banyabong's twin humps stand out, and sunset between them is famous. A path across open meadow and autumn grass makes the scene. The summit section may need a visit reservation.
