From Sinwonsa through Gowangam, Yeoncheonbong and Gwaneumbong, across the Jayeonseong ridge to Sambulbong, then down Geumjandi Pass to Gapsa. It crosses the whole Gyeryong ridge. Count 40 minutes to Gowangam, 90 more to Yeoncheonbong, an hour from Gwaneumbong to the pass, and 50 down to Gapsa.
