Climb behind Sangunsa, cross Wonhyobong, and descend past the north gate into Bamgol valley. From Wonhyobong, Baegundae and Mangyeongdae fit in one frame, and after that it is forest downhill. You finish in a different village from where you started, so pick your bus stop beforehand. It takes about half a day with no pressure.
