You walk from Wolchulsan Gichanland past the Daedongje reservoir and up the Keun-gol valley to Yongamsaji. It is 4.7 km of dirt trail, about two and a half hours, and the start is easy enough that you do not need full hiking kit. The reward is a seated Buddha carved into a rock face. You can push on to Gujeongbong, but the walk alone fills a half day.
