Falls viewpoint past Yukdam and Biryong

Trail from Sogongwon, Seorak-dong, Sokcho

From Sogongwon the trail passes Yukdam and Biryong falls, then climbs iron stairs to a deck that faces Towangseong Falls across the gorge. You cannot get close; you look at a pale ribbon of water on the far cliff. The flow is clearest during or just after rain, and in dry spells the bare rock is the show. Allow about three hours round trip from Sogongwon.
