A pojangmacha-style makchang bar in a Gyo-dong lane, fronted by an old electronics-shop sign. The intestine is aged, steamed and then grilled, and reviews keep saying it is tender and has no off smell. The table starts with tteokbokki and steamed egg on the house. Many people finish with the makchang-and-sundae plate, fire squid and a bowl of kimchi noodles.
