From the plaza in front of the healing center, a boardwalk threads through pine woods, a stream-side clearing, an anion-air bathing spot and a meditation shelter. The forest is about 2 km around and split into three short loops of roughly half a kilometer to 0.8 km that you can chain together. There is almost no climbing, so it suits sore knees or kids. Think of it as an hour of forest air with no summit pressure.
