A pyeongyang naengmyeon house on the Sangmu-daero main road. The 100% buckwheat noodles snap easily and taste nutty, and the broth is salty with a clear beefy note. Perilla-oil buckwheat noodles, galbitang, hanu gukbap and crisp bulgogi are on the menu too, so newcomers to cold noodles have a fallback. It made the 2025 Gwangju Restaurants top 50.
