You cross the Eorimok valley, climb the steep Sajebi hill, and the open Manse hill leads to Witseoreum. Beyond it the south-wall circuit crosses the upland to Nambyeok Junction and the trail grows quiet. Then turn onto the Donnaeko trail, pass the Pyeonggwe shelter and walk a long forest descent. It cuts across the mountain waist from north to south in a single day.
