From behind the rest stop you walk village lanes through Sagimak to the trail entrance. Cross a wooden bridge, climb past Ssalnan rock, then the Daemun gate rock and an iron staircase lead to a saddle junction, and the summit is a few steps beyond. It is an out-and-back on the same line, so route-finding is easy.
