From Sanseong Village to the South Gate it is an easy dirt and forest path. Between the South and East Gates a wide ridge follows the wall. It ends at the North Gate after the East Gate, and since you skip the summit it suits families. If Godangbong tugs at you, it is about 1 km further up from the North Gate. Plenty of people finish with a bowl of makgeolli back in the village.
