The fall hangs on the upper Seolma stream and drops almost straight, which is why some call it the flying-dragon fall. You reach it walking from the suspension bridge toward Beomnyunsa. In winter the column freezes and ice climbers practise on it. It makes a short outing for anyone who wants stream noise without a summit climb.
