A roadside noodle shop on Gamaksan-ro. Beef noodles in a deep broth, soy-milk noodles and buckwheat bibim noodles. The noodles are made in house, and a self-serve corner lets you griddle your own buckwheat pancake for free. One pan means a queue when it is busy; weekends can come with a ticket number.
