Tradition says Wonhyo founded it. It burned in the Korean War and was rebuilt in 1974. Sitting at 660 m, it lets you step out of the car straight into autumn colour. It is also the Geumsan-side trailhead: 1.2 km to Nakjodae and 2.1 km to Maecheondae.
