About 22 km from Seongnam through Sangwonsa, Namdaebong, Hyangnobong and Wontongjae, over Birobong, and down to Guryongsa. The main ridge is a nonstop run of small ups and downs, so legs tire before the distance does. Near the Hyangnobong helipad the ridge views open wide. Start at dawn and aim to be down before dark.
