Compared with Guryong or Hwanggol this side is quiet. The trailhead already sits above 500 m, so the climb is lighter, and the Cheonsabong rest shelter halfway is where you catch your breath before the ridge. At around 8.5 km round trip it suits anyone who only wants the summit. Parking is small, so go early on weekends.
