The top is bare granite, with characters carved after the 1919 March 1st movement still visible on one rock. A single Korean flag stands beside it and a queue forms for photos. Seoul spreads south without end, with Insubong and Manggyeongdae right beside you. It is windy enough that you cannot stand long.
