From the Sinbulsan summit the trail drops to Sinbuljae and a long run of silver grass, at whose end Yeongchuksan rises. Go out to its summit, return over Sinbulsan and come down to Deungeok. The sky stays open the whole way, which also means almost no shade and long stretches facing the wind.
