A Gochang eel house where freshwater eel is grilled four ways: salt, gochujang glaze, doenjang or bokbunja. Salt-grilled is the signature. There is also a gondeure eel soup if grilling feels heavy. The table fills with wild-herb sides such as butterbur and dandelion.
