This short crossing starts at Jingogae, tops Dongdaesan and drops through the Dongpigol valley. The climb is the first hour or so; after that it is downhill and your breathing settles early. The summit is hemmed in by trees, with little view, but the stream on the way down is loud and good. At Dongpigol the path meets the Seonjae trail, so you can keep walking toward Woljeongsa or Sangwonsa.
