Past Gwimok village the forest path climbs to Gwimok Pass, where the ridge opens up. From there the way over Myeongji 2nd Peak to the summit is far quieter than the Ikgeun-ri side. Come down toward Ajaebi Pass on a narrow trail and you close the loop back in the village. Allow around three hours to the top.
