You never retrace your steps on this one. Climb from Seochang past Janggo Rock and the fortress west gate to Anguksa, touch the summit marker, then drop beside Songdae Falls into Chimok village. About 3.8 km up and 3.7 km down plus the summit detour fills a day. Leave a car at Chimok or plan a taxi back.
