A cafe that turns Gongju chestnuts into ice cream. The signature is the handmade chestnut ice cream, and a version with candied chestnut and buckwheat tuile is popular. There is also a float latte with chestnut ice cream on a flat white, plus chestnut tiramisu and financiers. No kids allowed; ice cream can be packed with ice packs.
