The hall remembers Lee Seung-bok, a boy killed in this valley in 1968. It opened in 1982 and keeps the former Gyebang branch school of Soksa Elementary. Inside are 13 paintings of his life, personal belongings and North Korean military gear. Military vehicles and aircraft stand in the yard. It sits on the road toward the Nodong-ri side of Gyebangsan, so it works as a short stop before or after a hike.
