From Seowon-ri village you reach the summit in a little over 9 km via Baekjimijae pass and Ssalgaebong. Past the top the trail crosses Peak 853 and the Sinseondae rocks and drops to Janggogae pass. It is the Gubyeongsan leg of the Chungbuk Alps, and since start and end differ you need a shuttle car or a taxi.
