From the top Chungju Lake lies silver below and the Woraksan and Sobaeksan ridges stack up in the distance. The area around the marker is rock and tight, so groups take photos in turns. Legend says Yi Hwang named it Geumsusan, embroidered silk, while governor of Danyang.
