From the Sanghak car park you cross Seogwaengi pass, reach the summit, then follow the ridge past Salgaebawi pass and Eoreumgol pass to Mangdeokbong, nearly 2 km of ridge from the top. From Mangdeokbong you drop down the Soyongareung rock ridge, pass a cluster of stone cairns and come out at the Neunggang-ri car park. Hiking clubs run it as a full day, leaving Sanghak at 10:30 and regrouping at Neunggang around 5:30.
