From Car Park 1 it is 1.3 km to the Natural Environment Training Institute, 1.7 km to Kaldabong, another 1.7 km to Seongan and 0.6 km to the summit, 5.3 km one way. The Gumi city guide also rates it a three-hour route. You skip the Daehye Falls fork and take the ridge first, so you spend longer out on the rocks. The Kaldabong stretch is known to close in winter, and a trip report from a leafy autumn day mentions two falls on the way down.
