It is 1.4 km from the car park to the fortress wall and 0.5 km more to Daehye Falls, 1.9 km each way. The cable car station comes up after about ten minutes, and the falls are roughly 30 minutes in. The gradient is gentle enough to bring children. Rest at the falls and you are back in under an hour and a half. The cable car covers the same stretch in about five minutes.
