The route starts in Mulro-ri, a village by Soyang Lake, climbs to the ridge and meets the Hongcheon-side trail at the boat-landing junction. It once meant a ferry from Soyang Dam, and it is still far quieter than the Hongcheon side. The finish is the rock section of the second and first peaks, where the Great Stone Face stands.
