The name that comes up most on the noodle street by Gwanbangjerim. Anchovy broth, springy noodles and crunchy bean sprouts, with a hint of ginger. The yeolmu bibim guksu is tossed with sour young-radish kimchi. In summer there is soybean milk noodle soup.
