A tofu house that grinds domestic soybeans on a stone mill each morning and boils them in a cauldron. One batch takes over two hours, so the day's supply is limited and the doors close when it runs out. Braised hand-made tofu, soft-tofu stew and, in summer, cold soybean noodles are the staples. Hikers heading down from Cheonseongsan stop here often.
