The first stage of the Dulle-gil starts at Exit 2 of Bukhansan Ui station. Tall pines line the path, so shade is deep even in midsummer. There is almost no climbing, sneakers are fine, and families with children are common. At Solbat neighborhood park it hands off to the next stage, the Pilgrim Trail.
