From Yanggosaljae you climb to the ridge, pass the 597 m peak and the Eoksaebong paragliding launch, and reach the summit from Gochang Pass. It is the tail end of the long traverse walked in reverse, with steady ups and downs and open views to the west the whole way. From the launch you see the Gochang plain toward the West Sea. You return along the same ridge.
