From Galjae you cross the gentle wooded ridge over the 497 m bump, drop to a saddle, then grind up the steep pull to Three Peaks. From there the beacon site and the summit follow in about an hour with little up and down. It is the first half of the long traverse done as an out-and-back, so one car is enough and you can skip the grass ridge toward Gochang Pass.
