Starting at Baegyangsa, this loop passes Baekhakbong (651 m) and swings a long way along the ridge before dropping back. You walk more than twice the distance of the short Hakbawi trip. Climbing adds up to over 600 m, with stairs and dirt ridge path taking turns. Give it a full four hours.
