To dodge the forest-park crowds, start from Nongdachi Pass on the Yangpyeong side. The trail crosses a 600 m bump, passes over Soguni-san and runs along the ridge to the Yumyeongsan summit. Reaching Soguni-san alone takes about 1 hr 20 min of steady climbing. Come back the same way, or drop down to the forest park side.
