A small hall beside the Paroho lakeside road. The ground floor tells how the ROK 6th Division held Hwacheon Dam in the Korean War, along with local modern history. A towed howitzer and a command armoured vehicle stand in the yard, and a battle memorial tower sits across the road. An easy stop on the way back from Yonghwasan toward the lake.
