A makguksu restaurant close to the Soyang River Skywalk. It uses 100 percent buckwheat noodles, and you adjust vinegar and seasoning at the table. Beyond the pure-buckwheat bowl there are dried-radish-leaf and gondre perilla-oil noodles, a noodle-and-pork set and a pancake platter. Kids under three get a free portion of noodles, and there is a children’s bowl. A parking lot sits right beside the building.
