Yeongbong in a Day

Leave Seoul in the dark, stand on Yeongbong by late morning, and spend the afternoon with your feet in the Songgye stream. One mountain, one full day.

Summit and a Night

Climb at a calm pace and eat lunch on the summit, then end the day with chicken soup at a valley pension. Day two is a fortress stone path and a drive out to Cheongpung Lake.

Traverse, Mungyeong, Cheongpung

Day one is the traverse from Deokjusa over toward Bodeokam, day two the old Mungyeong Saejae road, day three the Cheongpung lakeshore. Three directions around one mountain.
