You enter from Dongchanggyo bridge beside the Songgye Valley road. The first 2 km or so is forest track that keeps your breathing easy. After that the climb steepens, and past Songgye junction the path gets rougher the closer you get to the summit. A good alternative on days when the Deokjusa and Sinryuksa sides are packed.
