Heunggyo to the top

The trail starts right above a hamlet and reaches the top without a long approach. Afterwards you get a gondre rice set and a riverside walk at Cheongnyeongpo before the bus home.

Power plant route, Danjong trail

Day one is the long route through valley, fortress site and ridge. Day two is light: Danjong sites and a bowl of tofu stew.

Yeongwol to Yeongchun

Day one is a light walk to the fortress site plus Gossi Cave. Day two crosses into Danyang for Guinsa, Ondal Fortress and Bukbyeok. On day three you climb to the summit from the pension door.
