The old pine on the road to Beopjusa

Address

Beopjusa-ro, Songnisan-myeon, Boeun

A protected old pine beside the road to Beopjusa. Legend says it lifted a branch to let King Sejo's carriage pass, and it is named after a court rank for that. A quick stop before or after the hike.
