A mulhoe place on the main road through Cheonbu village. The saury is flash-frozen and sliced thin, and a few minutes of mixing with the house sauce takes the fishiness out. Instead of broth you add a little plain water and stir in rice. Flatfish and rockfish mulhoe, squid-chive pancake and barnacle sujebi are also on the menu.
