A tower on the Namyeol coast. The 7th-floor cafe has a slowly turning floor, so the island-studded sea drifts past the windows as you sit. Many hikers stop here to rest their legs after the Paryeongsan ridge. A boardwalk runs from the coast toward Dragon Rock and Lion Rock.
