A noodle shop reached by turning into a country lane off the road to Soyang Dam. The shop calls itself a 70-year tradition. Makguksu is the one main dish: eat it spicy-mixed, or pour in dongchimi broth to turn it into cold noodle soup. Boiled pork, potato and mung-bean pancakes and buckwheat rolls round out the table. It has been on TV shows several times and even has a waiting room.
