Unlike Namsan's valley paths, Imugi Ridge climbs the rock spine itself. It twists like its name, the serpent, with scrambles where you need a hand. Gowibong is Namsan's highest peak, above Geumobong, so the view from the top is wide. It is the most physical route on the mountain, so leave the sneakers behind.
